The BMC sport air filter FB01103 was developed, in order to guarantee a higher air passage compared to the conventional air filter of a BMW X5-X7 Models Full Kit. The BMC air filter consists of multi-layer cotton, thinly coated with a special oil to achieve a high air flow combined with an optimal filter effect. With BMC air filters, the seal is made of one piece and is therefore particularly stable and tear-resistant. The BMC Air Filter 01103 is definitely of higher quality and also more precisely fitting than most sports air filters from other manufacturers.
 
By replacing an air filter made of paper with a BMC air filter, which uses the same technologies and materials as the Formula 1 filter, there are clear advantages also for the BMW series vehicle.
