This new development from HF-Series is compatible with almost all intake systems for VAG 1.8 - 2.0 Euro 6 TSI EA888 engines.
Whether original or e.g. HF-Series Carbon Intake.
It is a very important component between the turbocharger and the intake system, because the full potential of the turbocharger and engine can only be made available if the entire route to the turbocharger has been optimized.

The new intake manifold was developed to enable maximum throughput and optimal flow.

The turbo outlet is located directly in the charger outlet (fresh air pressure side).

The original outlet (turbo silencer) was used ex works to reduce noise and turbo acoustics at the expense of the flow rate (air throughput) and the response behavior.

The HF-Series Turbooutlet for the Golf 8 GTI eliminates the silencer.
Due to the modified design, there is no turbulence as with the original part and the response of the turbocharger is noticeably improved.
This is the only way for the air to reach the intercooler in an optimal and even flow.
The results are higher maximum performance and improved responsiveness.

This performance part made of CNC milled aluminum was created with the help of the most modern flow animations.

The assembly is "plug and play" in exchange for the original part.
