Forge Drain Valve Blow-Off / Dump Valve Toyota Yaris GR

This blow-off or dump valve is designed for the Toyota Yaris GR Turbo engine which has an electronically controlled bypass valve (OE part number 7.04654.08). It is recommended for any vehicle that has had boost pressure increased through an ECU software upgrade and for unmodified vehicles operating in warmer climates as a solution to the many faults encountered. Unfortunately, failure doesn't always result in a check engine light, as the valve can still be inflated by boost pressure, so you may not realize you're losing power as a result. This prevents the membrane from sealing.

The Forge Motorsport valving solution is available in either an atmospheric style, where a sound is heard when the throttle is lifted, or a factory-style silent bypass valve.

Our alternative is a fully engineered solution that offers both significantly improved reliability. The Forge valve is piston based, there is no diaphragm to fail and it is aluminum billet construction and replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that also features desirable OEM ECU control via the Valve actuation maintained.
