As the 8V RS3 Gen 2 and TTRS 8S platforms are widely used for highly tuned builds, Eventuri has developed a groundbreaking intake system that supports even the 1000hp mark. This intake system was developed to offer the highest possible flow rate while maintaining the lowest intake temperatures. Every component has been designed to give the turbo a smooth and free-flowing path. The intake pipe has an internal diameter of 103mm or just over 4" and features a gentle curve from the filter housing to the turbo inlet. The filter itself was specially designed for this intake system and has a huge 210mm or 8.3" external diameter with a filter area of over 130,000 mm². The patented venturi housing was developed to offer the maximum possible internal volume for the space available in the RS3 engine compartment and to ensure laminar flow to the turbo pipe. The front of the duct has been raised to now create an additional opening behind the cowl which is equivalent to a 7" diameter additional opening and can be pulled out of the air. The resulting system has the ability to reduce intake temperatures through the sealed construction on a to keep minimum.

The Eventuri difference

The 8V RS3/TTRS Eventuri system uses the patented carbon housings that provide an aerodynamically efficient airflow path from the filter to the turbo. Not just another cone filter with a heat shield, but a unique design that creates the Venturi effect.

Dyno Tests:

The Eventuri intake system has been tested by various well-known tuners worldwide who have built high-performance RS3/TTRS projects for street and track use. The first results of the system were tested on a TTRS with a TTE700 hybrid turbo. The tests were carried out on the same day with the hood closed. The standard airbox was tested against the Eventuri intake and also with the additional 4-inch turbo inlet.
