The original valve is installed directly in the turbocharger. It serves to ensure that the turbocharger is slowed down during turbocharger load by changing the supercharging pressure into the intake system, because the turbocharger is braked by the closing of the throttle valve and the resulting back pressure.

Over time, it is usually so affected by the permanent heat that it is leaking.

A leaking valve will result in poorer response and loss of performance, which is not immediately noticed as the damage occurs creepingly and not abruptly. This unconsciously wins on a deteriorating response and loss of performance. Furthermore, charge air is constantly diverted.


Using this kit, the valve can be relocated to a cooler region for the following benefits:

1. Improved response as the pressure is diverted just ahead of the throttle.

2. Only cold air is returned to the system, instead of a hot, uncompacted charge air.

3. Due to the offset, the valve is no longer exposed to the strong, thermal load due to the use in the turbocharger.

4. The more the intake air, the higher the density of the air and the higher the density, the better the cylinder filling. As a result, a higher power in the lower speed range can be achieved.

The silicone tubes of the kit can be delivered in the colors blue, red, white or black.
