Tial MV-R 44mm

TIAL MVR external wastegate with water cooling for turbo engines up to approx. 600hp.

The MV-R Tial Wastegate has a valve with a diameter of 44mm.

Both the housing and the valve are made of 347SS stainless steel to withstand the highest temperatures.

The inner membrane (diaphragm) consists of temperature-resistant Nomex and is additionally strengthened.

Tial uses a very high-quality stainless steel spring and thus ensures a constant spring rate over the entire temperature range.

Additional Dash 4 water connections for optimum cooling.
(Water connections can also be closed if not desired)

TIAL relies on Nitronic 60 stainless steel for the valve seat and the valve guide.
